Terms and conditions
Reservation Policy
- In order to make a reservation, a deposit of 40% of total stay is required to obtain confirmation number.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Check-in : 14:00. Time of departure. Check-out : 10:00
Prices
- All prices of the rooms for villas and apartments include taxes, debits of all services and any other expenses, that are more specifically reported in the pages of the hotels.
- Thealos Village maintains the right to change the published prices in the network place any moment, without no previous notice.
Payments
- For each reservation, the electronic bulletin of reservation (Voucher) will be published and sent via e-mail. The purchaser will receive it in Thealos Village for the benefit of services.
Cancellations and changes
Extension of vacation
- If the purchaser wishes to extend his vacation, during his stay inThealos village, we can not guarantee that he will remain in the same apartment or villa.
- If the purchaser wishes to extend his vacation he has to communicate in time with the people in charge of the Thealos village
Changes
- For changing the dates of accommodation, the purchaser will be supposed to communicate in time with the people in charge of Thealos village
- In the event that the purchaser wishes to decrease the duration of his stay, there will not be any return of money from Thealosvillage afterwards his arrival. In any other case, the purchaser will be supposed to communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Thealos village.
Cancellation
If the purchaser wishes to cancels his reservation, he will be supposed to communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Thealos village
The purchaser maintains the right to cancel his reservation any moment in time, with the following sanctions:
Cost of cancellation
- Absence of the purchaser at the hotel: 100% of the total cost of reservation will be withheld.
- Cancellation 0 – 30 days before the date of arrival in the hotel: 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be withheld.
- Cancellation 31 – 60 days before the date of arrival in the hotel: 50% of total cost of the reservation will be withheld.
- Cancellation more than 61 days before the arrival: Return of all sum of total cost of the reservation.
Refund costs through the bank due to cancellation are entirely borne by the customer.
If an agreement is not forthcoming, the dispute shall be settled under Greek Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the HOTEL is Located (Lefkada, Greece).
